Interior painting

Rooms are covered, edges taped and surfaces repaired before any color goes on. Old plaster gets the patching it needs, then primer and two full coats on walls, ceilings and trim. We follow your building's hours and elevator rules, and we walk each room with you at the end.

Outside work starts with safe access and honest surface repair. We scrape, treat rust, replace failed sealant, prime and apply two coats made for the material. We schedule around weather and coordinate with managing agents and neighbors.

We stage commercial jobs by zone and work nights or weekends so your business keeps running. Beyond paint, we apply epoxy, intumescent, polyurea and urethane coatings to specification. Demolition and waste removal are handled after engineering approval.

Flooring
Hardwood refinishing, patching and installation. We refinish or patch before we replace.

It is always more cost effective to refinish or patch sections when needed. We sand in stages, repair damaged boards to match, stain if you want a new color and finish the surface. New floors are installed on prepared subfloors.
